Established in 1987, C A Hopton & Sons have expanded into many aspects of pre-cast and in-situ concrete works. We have a fully certified compliment of staff to undertake any of your concrete requirements. Our service is quite unique due to us being able to take on a complete package from erecting the pre-cast planks, to shuttering of columns, edge shutters and in-situ strips, to reinforcement and concrete topping.

All of our staff are qualified in pre-cast erection, we carry our own shuttering carpenters for in-situ stairs and balconies, all are fully conversant with steel fixing and shuttering which enables us to supply a much bigger picture than a majority of our competitors which reduces the need to appoint 3 or 4 contractors which will reduce program times and increase efficiency.

We are approved contractors for many major pre-cast manufacturers in England and Ireland, fixing wide span, Pekso strong floor, Beam & Block, Stairs and walls etc. Our gangs work in teams of 4 for pre-cast erection and 5 men if air mats are required. Gangs comprise of 2 vans. One for fixing crew and tools, the other for safety air mats fittings and air pumps.
